IIEIndustrial Intelligence Engineer

From industrial data to industrial intelligence.

IIE turns plant data, engineering documents and standards into cross-checked recommendations, with the decision always left to your team.

Currently in technical validation, running in a simulated plant environment. The demo assistant answers with pre-written examples.

IIE running in a simulated plant environment.

Earlier warnings

Spot developing conditions before they reach alarm limits.

Probable causes

Failure signatures across variables, not isolated tags.

Cross-checked evidence

Recommendations validated across independent sources.

Operator in control

Risk and confidence levels with an approval gate. Never autonomous.

Clear about what IIE is, and what it is not.

What IIE is

An intelligence layer above your existing systems, connected to plant data and engineering knowledge, built for evidence-based decisions.

What IIE is not

Not a replacement for DCS, SCADA, PLC or SIS. Not an autonomous control system. Not a generic chatbot.

What IIE does

  • Alarm management (ISA-18.2)Working in the demo

Four alarm levels per variable, with hysteresis derived from real sensor noise and validated over repeated simulated runs. Every state change is recorded with acknowledgment and can be exported to CSV or Excel.

  • Digital twin of the plantWorking in the demo

Each asset is a structured object with variables, instrumentation, thresholds, status and history. The data source is interchangeable, so the same engine can move from simulated data to a historian or SCADA.

  • Failure signature diagnosisWorking in the demo

When several variables match a known pattern, such as cavitation in a pump, IIE names it with risk level, confidence and a recommended action.

  • Cross-checked evidenceWorking in the demo

Recommendations pass through redundant 2oo3 and 4oo5 voting across independent evidence sources. A consensus engine adjusts confidence from the operator’s acceptance history, and cross-document checks catch contradictions, such as datasheet versus P&ID.

  • Knowledge from your documentsIn active development

Extracts operating parameters, maintenance activities and cited standards, and detects gaps in standards coverage by equipment type. It works in code today and is not yet connected to a real plant’s manuals.

  • Decision support, human in controlWorking in the demo

Recommendations in plain language, announced proactively, with risk and confidence levels and an approval gate. IIE never issues autonomous instructions to the plant.

  • Efficiency and emissionsWorking in the demo

When everything is in range, IIE suggests energy savings from the current load and shows the CO2 avoided per hour.

  • Consequence analysisOn the roadmap

Model the effect of an action on the rest of the process before recommending it, so a local fix does not create a downstream problem.

What IIE is built on

Engineering knowledge

Control, instrumentation and process practice, encoded so the software reasons in plant-engineering terms.

International standards

ISA-18.2 for alarm management and ISO 20816-3 for vibration, with every recommendation citing its basis.

Applied AI and software

Production-grade software and language models that show their evidence instead of asking to be trusted.
